CoreLink, LLC is excited to announce the launch of ReStrux, a growth factor enriched cellular bone matrix (CBM) with bone-derived progenitor cells, cancellous bone, and cortical bone fibers that have undergone a demineralization process.
NOVEL PROCESSING
Many conventional CBMs simply combine living cancellous bone tissue with demineralized bone powder. ReStrux CBM utilizes a novel process for retaining viable progenitor and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in the cancellous bone. Additionally, growth factors derived from donor marrow tissue are retained and then integrated with cortical bone fibers that have undergone a demineralization process. The resulting graft contains elevated levels of growth factors as compared to other cellular bone matrices available.†
“ReStrux is a unique CBM with viable and active cells, including osteoprogenitor cells and MSCs. The validated processing attaches proteins to the bone matrix, increasing osteoinductive growth factors up to 173% in an easy-to-handle product with no assembly steps.
EXCELLENT HANDLING
ReStrux is a great option for those using cellular bone matrices that are concerned with graft handling or preparation time. Many CBMs use cryoprotectants such as dimethylsufoxide (DMSO) that must be rinsed from the graft prior to implantation. ReStrux uses a safe cryoprotectant that does not require decanting prior to implantation. This advanced viable cell bone graft is moldable, cohesive, and lavage-resistant. There is no need to rinse or decant and the prefilled syringe is ready to thaw and use in less than eight minutes.†
